Job summary

Veolia, a global environmental services leader, is seeking a Lead Electrical & Controls engineer to support MWIS project execution. You will design control strategies, develop control narratives, PLC logic, and electrical drawings, working with the Mechanical Engineering team to deliver reliable water treatment systems.

Responsibilities include creating P&ID iterations, defining I/O lists, network architectures, and panel designs; supporting commissioning, testing, and field troubleshooting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 5 years experience in designing industrial water treatment systems.
• Experience with PLCs and HMI development.
• Familiar with NEC/UL standards and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Design complete detailed control logic for plant operation.
• Develop P&IDs, electrical schematics, I/O lists, and network architecture.
• Create control narratives and sequence charts for safety.
• Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Travel up to 25% and interface with project teams.
