MAG is seeking a senior Electrical Engineering leader in Sterling Heights, MI to guide controls design groups and drive turnkey manufacturing projects. You will lead a team, oversee planning and integration, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining MAG standards.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 10+ years of machine tool design experience, with strong CAD/EPLAN skills and proficiency in coordinating cross-functional teams. Travel may be required as projects proceed.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field and 10+ years' machine tool design experience.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical docs and electrical drawings.
Experience leading engineering teams and coordinating multi-discipline projects.

Mansioni

Provide leadership to controls design groups and coordinate with the project teams.
Develop and validate electrical hardware, power, and control interfaces per customer requirements.
Ensure documentation and releases are completed and compliant with MAG standards.
