Job summary

The role requires a strong background in automotive electronics, 8+ years in the field, and expertise in requirements management, DFMEA, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Science; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in automotive electronics/serial development.
• Strong knowledge of requirements management, design reviews, and traceability processes.
• Experience with ASPICE or similar process models and configuration management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a Systems Engineering team; perform technical tasks in parallel.
• Define and manage system requirements, interfaces, and DFMEA.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing and Software teams on interfaces and EOL requirements.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of system engineering deliverables and documentation.
