The role requires strong leadership, deep technical expertise in electrical control systems, and the ability to drive improvements in quality, productivity, and safety within a demanding manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field and strong electrical control knowledge.
• Proven ability to lead a technical team in an automotive setting.
• Experience with PLC-based controls, wiring diagrams, and system integration.

Responsibilities

• Direct management of the Electrical Controls Engineering department and staff.
• Lead design of electrical diagrams, control panels, and automation systems.
• Lead PLC programming, HMI design, startup, and commissioning activities.
• Drive new controls solutions and align with customer specifications.
