IREN, a data-center focused developer, is seeking a Construction Supervisor – Electrical in Sweetwater, Texas. You will lead field crews, oversee medium‑voltage systems, switchgear, MCCs, and critical power distribution, ensuring safe, NEC‑compliant execution on mission-critical projects.

This hands‑on leadership role requires at least five years in electrical construction, strong reading of drawings, and excellent supervision and communication with trades and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years in electrical construction with medium voltage, MCCs, and switchgear.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, mechanical plans, blueprints.
• Strong supervisory and communication skills with cross-team coordination.
• Proficient with NEC and local electrical codes.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety protocols and OSHA rules.
• Delegate and perform work from blueprints and orders; organize tasks.
• Supervise electricians and apprentices for quality and efficiency.
• Diagnose and repair electrical issues by wiring and component replacement.
• Conduct routine site inspections and evaluate team performance.
• Communicate progress and needs with other trades, customers, and subcontractors.
