Job summary

IREN is seeking a Construction Supervisor - Civil / Structural in Sweetwater, TX. You will supervise earthworks, concrete, structural steel, and site utilities, coordinating with engineers and subcontractors to meet exacting standards while maintaining safety and schedule adherence.

The role requires strong leadership, blueprint literacy, and proficiency with Procore, Primavera, and MS Project. A high school diploma is required, with 5+ years in civil construction, including 2+ years supervisory

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction.
• At least 2 years as a supervisor on data center or high-tech projects.
• Able to read and interpret blueprints, specs, and schedules.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Familiar with Procore, Primavera, and MS Project.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily civil construction activities: earthworks, concrete, structural steel, site utilities.
• Ensure work aligns with plans, schedule, and specs; monitor quality and safety.
• Mentor subcontractors for productivity and compliance.
• Maintain records: daily reports, schedules, change orders.
• Collaborate with managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve issues.
