Job summary

Vytalize Health is seeking a Manager, Clinical Applications & Data Integration to lead day-to-day EHR integrations and data flows within the ACO network. You will manage a team of Clinical Applications Specialists and coordinate with engineering and vendors to ensure data integrity and smooth workflows.

The role requires hands-on EHR integration experience, strong project management, and the ability to partner with provider practices to optimize data capture at the point of care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field.
• 4–5 years of experience in healthcare data integration, EHR operations, or clinical application management.
• Hands-on experience with EHR integrations, data quality issues, and vendor coordination.
• Experience with EHR platforms including Epic, Athenahealth, eClinicalWorks, Oracle Cerner, or Practice Fusion.
• Familiarity with ACO programs (MSSP, ACO REACH, Medicare Advantage) and HL7, FHIR standards.
• Prior team lead or mentorship experience.
• Strong project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with problem-solving and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Clinical Applications Specialists, providing day-to-day direction, mentorship, and escalation support.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for EHR systems and clinical applications, owning issue resolution end-to-end.
• Manage clinical data integration activities including data feed operations, vendor coordination, and integration deployments by ensuring data flowing from partner EHRs into downstream infrastructure is complete and accurate.
• Identify and remediate data gaps in collaboration with internal engineering, EHR vendors, and partner practices.
• Support QRDA I file acquisition and submission, including extraction coordination, file validation, and error follow-up with practices and vendors.
• Support EHR workflow guidance and optimization at partner practices, driving discrete data capture at the point of care.
• Collaborate with Practice Transformation Managers, Operations, and internal technology teams on EHR optimization efforts and clinical application implementation.
