Job summary

Crossroads Treatment Centers seeks a Director of Clinical Systems Engineering to lead requirements elicitation, alignment of clinical and operational needs, and the design of scalable EHR and analytics solutions. You will drive data integrity, reporting, and interfaces across the organization, while guiding migration projects and managing a small team.

The role requires deep expertise in EHR configurations, healthcare data standards (HL7 v2, FHIR), and governance to support HIPAA and 42 CFR Part

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health informatics, information systems, computer science, healthcare administration, or related field is required.
• Master’s degree preferred and equivalent combination will be considered.
• Minimum 7 years in clinical application configuration, systems analysis, or EHR implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead structured requirements elicitation with clinical, pharmacy, front office, revenue cycle, quality, and compliance stakeholders.
• Translate needs into functional/technical specs that can be built, tested, and audited.
• Oversee interfaces and data exchange across the application portfolio (HL7 v2, FHIR, APIs).
• Develop and validate reports, data extracts, and dashboards; ensure data integrity.
• Lead site migrations onto target EHR platform; coordinate validation and go-live readiness.
• Directly supervise two Clinical Applications Analysts and manage priorities and performance.
