Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years implementing complex healthcare software with provider practices.
• 3+ years implementing integration technology (e.g. Smart-on-FHIR apps, HL7/FHIR services).
• Clear understanding of provider workflows, risk adjustment, and quality of care.
• Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and expectation-setting with stakeholders.
• Proficient with technical integration products and concepts (APIs, data feeds, EMR config).
• Ability to communicate with project stakeholders and leadership on EMR integration topics.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
• High ownership mindset and bias toward hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead and participate in client/provider leadership meetings driving EMR integration implementations from planning to go-live and beyond.
• Serve as primary point of contact for provider EMR integration success.
• Coordinate pre-implementation scoping and readiness assessments with Customer Success.
• Align technical EMR integration with other provider onboarding tasks.
• Manage administrative backbone of projects: notes, action items, timelines, data entry.
• Coordinate client teams and third-party partners (Epic, athena, Redox).
• Engage in cross-team collaboration and issue resolution.
• Manage timelines, milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Execute testing, data setup, config, demonstrations and training.
• Facilitate comprehensive testing including UAT and production migration validation.
• Troubleshoot issues and identify solutions with team.
