Qualifications

• 5+ years in healthcare data or network operations.
• Hands-on experience with provider or facility directory data at scale.
• Strong SQL and ability to build/maintain data pipelines.
• Experience managing external vendor relationships.
• Comfort operating with evolving source-of-truth systems.

Responsibilities

• Own the eligibility methodology for the Preferred Network; partner with claims-data vendor.
• Oversee the recurring network-data refresh and verification across Epic.
• Lead data-quality initiatives and operational improvements for network governance.
• Manage one to two analysts in developing data and network-operations skills.
• Collaborate with Provider Data Management, engineering, and informatics teams.
