Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Litigation Hold & eDiscovery in Dallas, TX. This role leads the enterprise eDiscovery program, ensuring defensible preservation, collection, processing, review, and production across Microsoft 365 and other data sources.

You will collaborate with Legal, Risk, IT, HR, and Records teams. The position emphasizes incident response, audits, and governance, with a focus on technical leadership and operational excellence in matter management and data

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in eDiscovery, litigation support, legal tech, digital forensics, or related fields.
• Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) designation or equivalent.
• Advanced administrator certification for leading eDiscovery platforms (e.g., RCA) and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead case intake and technical matter setup with custodians, data sources, and scope.
• Administer the complete legal-hold lifecycle: notices, acknowledgments, reminders, amendments, custodians, releases.
