Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Senior Manager of Litigation Hold & eDiscovery to serve as the firm’s lead technical expert and owner of the enterprise program. You will oversee the technology, processes, controls, and governance for defensible preservation, collection, processing, review, and release of ESI across Microsoft 365 and other data sources.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
• Experience supporting sensitive investigations and regulatory requests.
• CEDS or equivalent certification desirable.
• Advanced administration credentials for eDiscovery platforms (RCA or similar).

Responsabilités

• Lead intake and technical matter setup with custodians, data sources, and search parameters.
• Administer the full hold lifecycle including notices, acknowledgments, custodians, and releases.
• Oversee preservation across Microsoft 365 services and other data sources designated by Legal.
• Perform defensible identification and collection of ESI using approved connectors and methods.
• Coordinate collection QA, reconciliation, and documentation of chain of custody.
• Manage ingestion, processing, indexing, search, and production workflows in the platform.
• Design integrations with Microsoft Purview, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and third-party tools.
• Develop automation and scripts for repeatable administration and reconciliation.
• Lead incident response for missed or failed holds, and drive continuous improvement.
• Provide training and documentation to Legal, Risk, IT, Records, and application teams.
