Job summary

FBT Gibbons LLP, a national law firm, seeks a Litigation Support Manager in Dallas to lead the eDiscovery team and deliver defensible, efficient litigation support services. The role combines technical leadership with client-focused service.

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years in eDiscovery, strong vendor relationships, and expertise with industry-standard platforms. Travel within the firm’s footprint and extended hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive eDiscovery/Litigation Support experience, including management experience, required.
• Knowledge of the EDRM, litigation lifecycle, and defensible eDiscovery processes.
• Proficiency with litigation support platforms listed above.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the firm’s Litigation Support Team, including staffing and development.
• Develop standards, workflows, and best practices for defensible service delivery.
• Provide eDiscovery consultation to attorneys, paralegals, and staff.
• Partner with case teams to assess project needs and guide technical processes.
• Oversee eDiscovery workflows: data management, searching, production, trial support.
• Monitor industry trends and vendor relationships for competitive solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service quality.
• Support budgeting and technology planning for litigation tools.
• Develop and deliver training on litigation support technologies.
• Stay informed about emerging AI tools and their appropriate use.
• Perform billable litigation support work, ~500–650 hours annually.
