Job summary

Forvis Mazars, LLP is seeking a Director of Enterprise Records Disposition eDiscovery to own the governance of records retention, disposition, and litigation hold. You will lead a dedicated team across Microsoft 365, file services, and cloud platforms, ensuring defensible destruction and audit trails for all information.

You will report to the Chief Information Compliance Officer and collaborate with Legal, Risk, Technology, and leadership to advance information governance and compliance

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 10+ years' experience or 12+ years in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years progressive experience in records, information management, or eDiscovery.
• Experience designing enterprise retention and disposition programs.

Responsibilities

• Set enterprise strategy and multi-year roadmap for retention and eDiscovery.
• Develop and maintain policy set governing retention and holds.
• Own end-to-end litigation hold process with audit trail.
• Oversee eDiscovery preservation, collection, processing, and production.
• Provide governance, dashboards, and executive reporting.
