Job summary

Forvis Mazars in Charlotte, NC, seeks a Senior Manager of Litigation Hold & eDiscovery to lead the enterprise program, architecting defensible preservation, collection, processing, and production across Microsoft 365 and other data sources.

You will partner with Legal, Risk, IT, HR and Records to ensure audit-ready operations, develop automation with PowerShell and APIs, and mentor teams while maintaining documentation, governance, and readiness for investigations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in eDiscovery, litigation support, or related field.
• Experience supporting sensitive internal investigations or regulatory requests.

Responsibilities

• Lead case intake and technical matter setup with defined scope and custodians.
• Administer full hold lifecycle, notices, acknowledgments, and releases.
• Implement and document preservation across M365 data sources.
