Qualifications

• 5+ years in business analysis and functional consulting.
• 3+ years hands-on with Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Automate.
• Deep understanding of CRM processes including Lead and Opportunity management.
• Microsoft certifications PL-200 and PL-100 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between requirements and Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions.
• Create and manage user stories in Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
• Support backlog management and sprint planning.
