Job summary

CRH Talento en IT seeks a Microsoft Dynamics Administrator for a 12-month contract. Location: 100% Remote (Mexico). You will support Dynamics 365 Customer Service, build automations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

The role requires 3+ years Dynamics experience, strong Excel skills, and experience with integrations and ERP best practices. You will document configurations and assist in upgrades.

Qualifications

• 3+ years Dynamics experience in customer support.
• Experience with Dynamics architecture and custom workflows.
• Experience with Power Apps Platform and Flow.
• Certifications relevant to Dynamics preferred.
• Experience with third-party integrations.
• Understands ERP best practices.
• Experience building Dynamics automations.
• Advanced Excel skills (data functions, pivot tables).
• Strong multitasking and deadline management.
• Excellent written and verbal presentation skills.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of accounting principles.
• Strong relational database understanding.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy solution designs per project timeline.
• Write test plans and validate new release previews and customizations.
• Create records, fields, dashboards, and permissions per best practices.
• Collaborate on architecture, configuration, and support for Dynamics 365 Customer Service.
• Serve as SME on Dynamics requirements, configuration, and upgrades.
• Work across environments to build and maintain configurations.
• Respond to incidents with methodical troubleshooting.
• Lead sessions to determine requirements and demonstrate proofs of concept.
• Extend the application with new entities, forms, workflows, and reports.
• Document design specs and admin guides for Dynamics 365.
