Qualifications
- 10+ years of CRM/Dynamics 365 technical development experience.
- Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform.
- Proven track record delivering plug-ins, workflows, custom components, and extensions.
- Experience leading technical development teams and performing design/code reviews.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical development and delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for custom CRM components and extensions.
- Develop and oversee plug-ins, workflows, and custom business logic.
- Design and implement Power Platform integrations with Dynamics 365 and other systems.
- Guide teams on standards, architecture, performance, security, and best practices.
- Review designs, code, and implementations for quality and scalability.
- Collaborate with solution architects to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Support troubleshooting, deployment, and release activities.
- Identify opportunities to leverage Power Platform capabilities to enhance CRM functionality.
