Responsibilities

• Business Analysis & Process Design
  • Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand business objectives and operational challenges.
  • Perform fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Dynamics 365 / Power Platform capabilities.
  • Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Functional Solution Design
  • Translate business requirements into functional designs and configuration specifications.
  • Recommend standard platform capabilities before customizations.
• Dynamics 365 Configuration
  • Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Dynamics 365 Customer Service solutions, including:
    • Tables (Entities)
  • Configure user experiences to support business processes and operational efficiency.
• Agile Delivery & Product Support
  • Create and manage user stories within Azure DevOps or similar platforms.
  • Support backlog management and sprint planning activities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of Business Analysis and Functional Consulting experience.
