Job summary

NorthBay Solutions LLC is seeking an experienced Functional Lead to design and implement CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will translate business processes into CRM capabilities across Sales, Service, and Marketing, and guide adoption and rollout.

The role requires hands-on configuration, documentation, UAT support, and training of business users, with a focus on scalable, best-practice CRM designs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of CRM functional consulting or leadership.
• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform experience.
• Experience across Sales, Service, and Marketing processes.
• Ability to translate requirements into functional CRM solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead business process mapping and functional design for CRM across Sales, Service, and Marketing.
• Translate business requirements into Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM functional solutions.
• Configure and optimise Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, rules, forms, views, and processes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and drive CRM adoption.
• Prepare functional specs, process docs, configuration docs, and user guides.
• Support testing, validation, and user acceptance activities.
• Deliver user training and knowledge-transfer sessions for business users.
• Provide functional guidance to technical and implementation teams.
• Ensure CRM solutions align with best practices and business objectives.
