Job summary

Turtle Trax S.A. seeks a Digital CRM Architect to lead end-to-end business analysis and functional design for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform initiatives.

You will run discovery sessions, perform fit-gap analyses, translate requirements into designs, and configure Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service in an Agile delivery model, remotely from Mexico.

A Bachelor's degree is required and certifications in PL-200/PL-100 are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years of Business Analysis and Functional Consulting experience.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with: Dynamics 365 Sales and Power Automate.
• Deep understanding of CRM processes including Lead and Opportunity Management, requirements, and user stories.
• Microsoft certifications PL-200, PL-100, and Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant Associate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and stakeholder workshops to understand objectives and challenges.
• Perform fit-gap analysis between requirements and Dynamics 365/Power Platform.
• Document current-state and future-state business processes.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configuration specs.
• Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service solutions.
• Create and manage user stories in Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Support backlog management and sprint planning.
