Job summary

NATIONMIND LLC is seeking a CRM Technical Lead / Developer for a remote, W2 contract role. The candidate will lead CRM development efforts, architect CRM solutions, and drive best practices across teams.

Extensive experience with Dynamics 365 and Salesforce is preferred, with strong integration and data management capabilities. Responsibilities include mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and ensuring Agile/Scrum processes are followed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM development teams, conduct code reviews, and define development standards and best practices.
• Mentor junior developers and promote Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Manage integrations with third-party applications (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
• Troubleshoot, performance tune, and resolve production issues.

CRM Technical Lead / Developer

Location: Remote

Type: W2 only contract

Core CRM Platform Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with CRM platforms (any one or more)


• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (preferred).


• Salesforce.


• Oracle CRM / SAP CRM.


• Deep understanding of CRM architecture, modules, and data models.


• Experience in customization, configuration, and extension of CRM systems

Proficiency in object-oriented programming languages

• C# / .NET (for Dynamics)


• Apex, Visualforce, Lightning (for Salesforce)


• JavaScript / TypeScript


• REST/SOAP APIs integration


• Web services and middleware integration


• Hands-on experience in:


• Plugins, workflows, and business rules.


• Custom components and extensions

Integration & Data Management

• Experience in system integrations with third-party applications (ERP, marketing tools, etc.)


• ETL tools and data migration.


• Data synchronization s transformation.


• Understanding of Azure Integration Services / MuleSoft / Dell Boomi (or similar)

Cloud s DevOps/ Experience with cloud platforms

• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) is a plus
