Hope Network is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals build independence and thrive in their communities. You will provide person-centered support with daily living activities, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development to foster growth and independence.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, pass background checks, and CPR/First Aid certification.

As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) at Hope Network, you’ll help individuals build independence, achieve personal goals, and thrive within their community. DSPs provide compassionate, person-centered support with daily living activities, community involvement, health and wellness, and meaningful skill development — helping create comebacks every day.

• Assist with daily living (ADLs), personal care, and medications
• Support community outings, transportation, and activities

• Help maintain a safe, structured, and supportive environment
