ODP Business Solutions is seeking a Specialist, Delivery Lead in Columbus, Ohio to lead Delivery Specialists and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries. This role emphasizes hands-on training, performance monitoring, and strong customer service while coordinating route design and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has prior delivery leadership experience, solid communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 3 years experience in related field.
• At least two years delivery experience; supervisory/leadership preferred.
• CDL may be required in some states; valid license needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• DOT qualification and familiarity with transportation systems used.

Responsibilities

• Provide training and coaching to new and existing Delivery Specialists.
• Allocate resources to ensure timely deliveries per customer requirements.
• Communicate customer feedback to supervisory personnel.
• Suggest operational improvements using LEAN practices.
• Oversee route design, balancing and dispatch; ensure safety/compliance.
• Perform driver safety checks and participate in safety meetings.
