Job summary

Easterseals Chicago is seeking a Doula & Partner Site Supervisor to lead the Doula Services Program and supervise the Home Visiting team across partner agencies. The role ensures high-quality prenatal and postpartum services and strong program compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and birth doula training, with 1–2 years of supervisory experience. Travel to partner sites and community outreach are essential parts of the job.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in early childhood education, public health, social work or related field.
• Birth Doula training with DONA or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1–2 years supervisory experience in home visiting, doula services, maternal health, or related programs.
• Bilingual ability English/Spanish or English/Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision, mentoring, and reflective coaching for Doula staff to ensure high-quality prenatal, birthing, and postpartum services.
• Monitor caseloads (8–10 families annually) and ensure services align with EHS/PI guidelines.
• Oversee documentation and data entry in ChildPlus and related systems for accuracy and compliance.
• Attend births and provide doula support as needed when assigned staff are unavailable.
• Lead prenatal group sessions and coordinate outreach to enroll pregnant women into the program.
• Coordinate with partner sites to ensure fidelity to curricula and program requirements.
