Job summary

Easterseals of Chicagoland and Greater Rockford seeks a Doula & Partner Site Supervisor to lead the Doula Services Program across partner sites in Chicago. This full-time role oversees doulas delivering prenatal and postpartum services, ensures compliance with EHS/PI standards, and coaches staff for high-quality family engagement.

Located at Easterseals Chicago, the role requires strong supervision, recruitment, training, and collaboration with community partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, Public Health, Social Work, or related field.
• Birth Doula training with DONA or other birth doula equivalent training.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision, mentoring, and reflective coaching for Doula staff.
• Ensure Doula caseloads of 8–10 families per year and alignment with EHS/PI guidelines.
• Monitor documentation and data entry in ChildPlus for accuracy and compliance.
• Provide coverage and support for births when needed.
• Attend births as a doula when required to support families.
• Lead prenatal group sessions and recruit and enroll pregnant women.
• Coordinate with partner agencies to expand program reach and improve collaboration.
• Oversee fidelity to Parents as Teachers curriculum and EHS/PI requirements.
