Job summary

Easterseals Chicago is looking for a Home Based Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and technical support for Home Based Early Head Start and Doula programs. You will supervise the Doula Supervisor and a team of Home Based Educators, ensuring compliance with program standards and delivering integrated services to families.

This role requires strong supervisory experience, knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards, and a commitment to family-centered practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field; 12 ECE/CD credits.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Gateways Level 5 Family Specialist Credential due within 18 months.
• Birth Doula training preferred.
• 3 years EHS experience.
• 3 years home visiting experience.
• 3 years supervisory/management experience.
• Head Start Performance Standards knowledge.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update service plans and policies for home-based and doula services.
• Supervise Doula Supervisor and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure compliance with Head Start standards and timelines.
• Coordinate with partner agencies and community to deliver integrated services.
• Travel to Easterseals locations and partner sites regularly.
• Participate in program planning, monitoring and data analysis.
