Job summary

ImpactLife is seeking a Lead, Donor Recruitment to guide donor operations and optimize recruitment efforts. You will develop call lists, assign scripts, and supervise staff to ensure consistent donor messaging and achievement of targets.

The role requires strong problem solving, data management, and experience in donor relations; training and department SOP updates are part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the blood center industry preferred.
• Experience in a customer service or call center environment preferred.
• Extensive use of computer systems, including customer or patient databases, is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain minimum levels of productivity as defined by management performance metrics.
• Develop recruitment strategies and create/assign call campaigns based on daily inventory and goals.
• Update donor records and ensure eligibility in ImpactLife software.
• Attend department meetings and participate in cross-functional projects.
• Call donors to schedule appointments and maintain records.
• Train new and existing employees.
• Oversee staff and daily workflow.
