Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
Excellent customer service and inside sales skills.
Friendly, reliable, and capable of using computers.

Responsibilities

Telephoning prospective donors from established call lists, scheduling donation appointments, and maintaining donor records.
Conducting research to identify new donors for special procedures.
Interact in a positive, friendly, and customer-focused manner with donors.
