Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent is required.
• Prior tele recruitment experience preferred.
• English reading, writing, and speaking proficiently per policy.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with staff and the public.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Contacts by telephone and approved channels to eligible blood donors who have given before and re-recruit them to donate regularly.
• Must meet pre-set department goals and scorecard metrics.
• Provides excellent customer service and educates donors about the organization’s programs and services.
• Maintains current knowledge of Donor Recruitment policies and procedures and complies with SOPs and regulations.
