Job summary

EY is hiring an experienced agent AI Software Architect to design and implement memory architectures and data fabrics for complex enterprise AI use cases. You will specialize in multi-agent systems, RAG-enabled contexts, and scalable deployment across distributed environments.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 5+ years of experience in software engineering and AI.
• Experience with AI frontier models and memory/context architectures.
• Familiarity with AI native software development tools and code assist.
• Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and software languages (Go, Rust, Java).
• Understanding of AI native design processes and principles.
• Experience with model fine-tuning and customization (RAG, SFT, LoRA/PEFT).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Nvidia NVAIE and MSFT Azure AI stacks.

Responsibilities

• Design memory architectures for multi-agent systems to be replicated across AI-native designed systems.
• Design context systems including RAG and semantic chunking with search.
• Implement and test architectures, benchmarking against agent and human evals.
• Create replicable integration frameworks for memory architectures across systems.
• Drive agent design requirements and implement through AI Native design process.
• Explore emerging memory architectures and frontier model proposals through research.
• Collaborate with AI, Security, Data and Infrastructure teams for balanced outcomes.
• Support business development activities and present at conferences.
• Mentor team members and contribute hands-on coding.
