Job summary

Strategic Insight, LTD in Arlington, VA seeks an experienced Organizational Defense Travel System (DTS) Travel Agent to provide comprehensive travel management and administrative support for DoD personnel. The ideal candidate will manage DTS operations, travel authorizations and vouchers, and ensure compliance with JTR and DoD policies.

You will serve as a primary resource for DTS users, offering guidance, troubleshooting, training, and oversight to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant travel

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in DoD travel administration and DTS operations.
• Experience as LDTA or ODTA leadership.
• Strong knowledge of DTS including authorizations, vouchers, and routing.
• Deep understanding of JTR and DoD travel policies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DTS operations as LDTA/ODTA and provide guidance.
• Manage DTS profiles, user permissions, routing lists, groups, and structures.
• Review, process, and monitor travel authorizations and vouchers.
• Ensure travel documents comply with DoD policies and JTR.
• Provide DTS training and ongoing user support.
