A leading technology firm is seeking a Travel Management Specialist to provide travel support and assistance via the Defense Travel System. This full-time role involves managing travel requests, reviewing authorizations and vouchers, and conducting audits. Candidates should possess a BA/BS degree with significant travel management experience and knowledge of relevant regulations. Responsabilidades

• Provide daily DTS support for all travel requirements.
• Prepare and review travel authorizations and vouchers.
• Perform weekly audits of travel obligations.
• Support staff on Government Travel Charge Cards.

Working knowledge of Defense Travel System (DTS)

Understanding of Defense Joint Travel Regulations

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple travel requests

Educación

BA/BS degree and 5 years of experience

AA/AS degree with 5 years of experience

GED/Diploma with 10 years of experience
