Job summary

Immersion is seeking an Analyst to support a DoD client in Annapolis, MD. You will process DTS orders and vouchers, prepare DD 1351-2 and SF-1164 forms, and input group travel approvals. The role emphasizes accuracy, meeting tight deadlines, and independence within a team.

Responsibilities include handling group authorizations, managing LOAs and budgets, and using MS Office tools to support travel programs. Some roles may start at an entry level with training provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field or experience.
• Two or more years of progressive experience with degree.
• Travel as required.
• ISO 9001 Training to be completed after onboarding.
• Active DoD clearance or ability to obtain and maintain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Process DTS orders and vouchers for DoD travel.
• Input group air bids and correct lines of accounting during order writing.
• Quality control check vouchers prior to command approvals.
• Enter DD 1351-2 & SF-1164 forms for traveler pay and entitlements.
• Work on-site in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.
