Responsibilities

• Create and complete Sales Orders in CieTrade from customer indents and contracts, verifying order details.
• Apply order-type specific requirements for DP, TT and LC customers, including India-specific fields and LC pre-confirmation steps.
• Confirm submission acknowledgements and maintain accurate email filing in the BL Instructions folder.
• Review draft Bills of Landing against the Final SI, LC and contract and request carrier corrections before BL is released.
• Coordinate across Logistics, Sales and International office teams.

Lead Documentation Specialist (JN -092026-431802) Irvine, California

Salary: USD25 - USD28 per hour

We have an opening for a Lead Documentation, we are located Irvine, close to the airport. We are looking for a candidate that has experience in export documentation and operations.

Job duites:

Create and complete Sales Orders in CieTrade from customer indents and contracts, verifying order details, including product, pricing, payment terms, container counts and destinnation.

Apply order-type specific requirements for DP, TT and LC customers, including India-specific fields and LC pre-confirmation steps.

Confirm submission acknowledgements and maintain accurate email filing in the BL Instructions folder.

Review draft Bills of Landing against the Final SI, LC and contract and request carrier corrections before BL is relased.

1-3 years of experience in export documentation, freight forwarding or international logistics operations.

Familiarity with ocean freight workflows, Bill of Lading terminology, and Incoterms ( CI, DP, TT, LC )

Experience with CieTrade

Strong attention to detail and ability to apply multi-step procedures consistently across order types and destinations.

Effective communicator; comfortable coordinating across time zones with Logistics, Sales and International office teams

Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
