Job summary

Veit is seeking a Diving Superintendent to lead commercial diving operations in our projects. You will supervise dive crews, plan dive operations, and ensure safety and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited commercial diving school or equivalent training.
• Minimum of five years of commercial diving or marine construction experience.
• Current dive physical or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and legal documents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of diving operations to ensure safety and efficiency.
• Plan, organize, and oversee dive operations and dive plans.
• Lead and coordinate dive crews and surface support personnel.
• Coordinate staffing, equipment, materials, and resources for diving operations.
• Maintain accurate dive documentation and compliance records.
