Job summary

Coastal Engineering seeks a seasoned Diving Supervisor to lead underwater construction projects along the East Coast. You will collaborate with the Project Manager to define scope, logistics, and operations while prioritizing crew safety and regulatory compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 8+ years' industry experience, an ADCI Dive Diploma, and current ADCI Dive Supervisor certification, plus OSHA 30 and life-support certifications.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of industry experience (7+ with strong qualifications) in diving or marine construction.
• Dive Diploma from an ADCI-accredited diving educational institution; active ADCI Dive Supervisor certification.
• OSHA 30-hour certification and safety training; oxygen provider, first aid, CPR, and AED proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Project Manager to define scope, logistics, and operations.
• Manage dive team and ensure safety of all members.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EM-385, and ADCI regulations.
• Maintain daily reports of activities and incidents.
• Lead and perform underwater construction projects.
• Communicate with Project Managers and clients/stakeholders.
