Marine Solutions Inc. in Maryland is seeking a Dive Supervisor to oversee underwater inspection, repair, and equipment adjustments for marine construction and diving services.

You will manage dive teams, ensure safety and compliance, and coordinate with Operations on project scope and client interactions. The role emphasizes leadership, industry regulations, and reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Commercial dive school certificate, US Navy dive training certificate, or ADCI dive certification card.
• 5–6 years Commercial Diver experience.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Completed ANSI requirements for training hours.
• Association of Diving Contractors – Supervisor Card.

Responsibilities

• Directly responsible to the Operations Manager for ensuring all operations under supervision comply with policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement emergency/contingency procedures.
• Complete daily safety sheets and hold daily safety meetings.
• Understand the project scope and your part of what needs to be completed.
• Know line pull and crane signals.
• Possess knowledge of treatment and emergency procedures for diving accidents.
• Supervise Dive Team and direct Dive Team in all service capabilities.
• Use QA techniques and adhere to safety procedures.
• Interact with clients professionally.
• Assist Operations Manager in maintaining service equipment and certifications.
• Bidding and contract negotiations.
• Report accidents or incidents per procedures.
