Mainstream Commercial Divers, Inc. is seeking a Dive Supervisor to serve as the designated person in charge for diving operations. You will plan, execute and supervise underwater tasks while ensuring safety, compliance with policies, and adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.

The role requires leadership, field experience, and the ability to follow detailed dive plans and documentation. Travel to project sites may be required; candidates must maintain all required certifications.

Formación

• Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• At least 5 years in the diving industry with supervisory experience.
• Experience with hydroelectric facility inspection and repair is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee safety of every member of the dive team.
• Plan and execute diving operations including underwater construction, maintenance, repairs, and inspections.
• Ensure completion of dive-related paperwork (daily reports, dive logs, JHAs, dive plans, inspection results).
• Enforce project scope, schedules, and corporate safety policies.
