Job summary

Resolve Marine is seeking a L-5 Diver to supervise dive operations, lead a dive team, and ensure safety on project sites. The role requires 2+ years in commercial diving with at least 1 year in salvage, and entails up to 75% travel to domestic and international locations.

The position offers hourly pay and field deployment duties with per diem as described. Strong leadership and safety planning are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Commercial Diving with 1+ years in Salvage.
• Dive Supervisor: Dive Physical as required for ticket validity.
• Dive physical within 12 months if active diver.
• First Aid, CPR.
• HAZWOPER 40 Hour with 8-hour refresher.

Responsibilities

• Effectively communicates with dive team, dive supervisor, and salvage master regarding scope, schedule, progress and safety concerns.
• Ultimately responsible for dive operations and safety of the dive team.
• Manage safety incidents during diving operations.
• Prepare Dive Plans, Dive Safety Plans and Salvage Plans.
• Sign off on Divers’ logbooks after each dive.
• Train and instruct lower-level divers.
