Job summary

Windy City Cannabis is seeking a Lead Dispensary Associate in Highwood, IL. This in-store, full-time role supports daily operations, enforces compliance, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

As a keyholder and Agent-in-Charge, you will guide team performance and uphold high standards across the dispensary. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in retail or customer service, with 1+ year in a supervisory role and POS experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, or a similar customer-facing environment.
• At least 1 year of supervisory, leadership, keyholder, or management experience preferred.
• Experience utilizing Point of Sale (POS) systems; cannabis retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support dispensary team during shifts; act as keyholder and Agent-in-Charge.
• Ensure daily operations comply with company policies and Illinois cannabis regulations.
• Protect assets and maintain inventory accuracy; support audits and controls.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming, educational environment.
• Assist management on store initiatives and special projects as needed.
