Windy City Cannabis is seeking a Dispensary Associate for the in-store, part-time position in Illinois. You will deliver excellent customer service, educate customers on products, and handle POS transactions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, with at least 1 year in retail or customer service. Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or customer service.
• Experience utilizing Point of Sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
• Cannabis retail experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, professional dispensary experience.
• Greet customers, verify identification, and manage customer flow.
• Educate customers on products, promotions, and loyalty programs while complying with state regulations.
• Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Handle cash and electronic payments in accordance with procedures.
• Assist with inventory counts, stocking, and order fulfillment.
• Support opening, closing, and daily operational procedures.
