AYR Wellness, a leading U.S. multi-state cannabis operator, seeks a Lead Dispensary Technician in Pennsylvania. You will lead the dispensary team, drive customer experience, and achieve sales goals while modeling best practices.

Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in retail customer service, strong communication, and a passion for cannabis. Ensure compliant operations, accurate POS use, and a guest-first atmosphere in-store.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years or older per state regulations.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service in fast-paced retail.
• Able to pass background checks as required by state agency.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsabilités

• Provide knowledge and guidance to customers on Premium Cannabis products.
• Resolve customer questions quickly and escalate as needed.
• Accurately receive, coordinate, and fulfill orders using POS and inventory systems in compliance.
• Adapt to sales volume; keep dispensary stocked, clean, and guest-ready.
• Meet/exceed daily sales targets with the customer experience cycle.
• Assist management in following regulatory and compliance procedures.
• Foster a positive, respectful work environment with curiosity about cannabis.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Maintain clean, safe appearance of the store and restrooms.
