Greenleaf Apothecaries, a Canopy USA, LLC subsidiary, seeks a Lead Dispensary Associate to educate patients face-to-face and by phone, manage records, and support inventory and cash handling in a fast-paced dispensary.

Responsibilities include greeting members, advising on medicine, and ensuring compliance with state laws while maintaining a welcoming environment. Strong customer service is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in fast-paced client-service industries preferred.
• Experience with POS systems and cash handling.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with state law.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must pass state background check.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and schedule appointments; manage intake and renewals.
• Maintain member records in compliance with state law.
• Answer questions about the law and the Company.
• Assist members in selecting medicine and advise on dosage.
• Assist with inventory and cash management.
• Keep a clean, safe, welcoming environment.
• Cross-trained in order fulfillment and patient admissions when needed.
