You will engage customers face-to-face and by phone, educate on products, and support inventory and cash management. The role requires strong communication, reliability, and a willingness to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Accurately process point-of-sale transactions and verify order accuracy.
• Resolve inquiries professionally and escalate if needed to maintain service standards.
• Perform end-of-day closing procedures in POS system and report variances.
• Adhere to SOPs, state regulations, and patient confidentiality.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and assist with sanitizing tools.
