Job summary

Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist in Akron, OH is seeking a Dispensary Agent to educate patients face-to-face and by phone, maintain records, and assist with inventory and cash handling. Cross-trained in order fulfillment and patient intake processes.

You will work in a fast-paced retail environment, ensuring compliance with state law while delivering excellent service and maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced client-service industry (hospitality/retail preferred).
• Proficient with POS systems, Word and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person or on the phone; manage appointments and renewals.
• Maintain member records in compliance with state law and policy.
• Answer questions about the law and the Company from members.
• Assist members in selecting medicine; provide dosage guidance.
• Assist Dispensary Manager with inventory and cash handling.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Dispensary Manager.
