Job summary

Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist is seeking a Dispensary Agent to educate and assist patients in person and by phone. The role includes record-keeping, inventory support, and cash management while handling product requests and patient admissions when needed.

You will be cross-trained in order fulfillment and expected to comply with state laws and company policies. Excellent customer service and attention to detail are essential in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in fast-paced customer service or retail preferred.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and ethical conduct.

Responsibilities

• Greet members in person or by phone; schedule appointments and manage intake/renewal procedures.
• Maintain member records in compliance with state law and company policy.
• Assist members in selecting medicine and advise on safe dosage.
• Support Dispensary Manager with inventory and cash management daily and weekly.
• Keep a clean, welcoming environment inside and outside the facility.
