Job summary

Greenleaf Apothecaries LLC The Botanist is seeking an Assistant Dispensary Manager to ensure smooth dispensary operations in a fast-paced environment. You will oversee Lead Dispensary Agents, Dispensary Agents, Retail Inventory Leads, and Security Guards while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will manage daily sales operations, cash reconciliation, inventory audits, and staff scheduling, training, and onboarding.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years of management experience.
• Cash handling and inventory control skills.
• Must be 21+ and eligible to work in the United States; background check.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily dispensary operations and supervise staff.
• Manage cash handling, sales reporting, and inventory audits.
