Job summary

Fleet Mobility Solutions, LLC is seeking a Mobility Dispatch Supervisor to oversee the daily operations for drivers and the Mobility Coordinator team. You will lead the operation of the Fleet Mobility location, monitor key metrics, and ensure adherence to policies while driving efficiency and safety across the fleet.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office Suite.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily office activities (fleet, utilization, scheduling, etc).
• Oversee location operations to ensure vehicles are maintained and drivers are prepared for shifts.
• Monitor metrics on attendance, safety, customer satisfaction and policy adherence; take corrective action as needed.
• Lead workforce management including hiring decisions, training setup, and shift scheduling.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to address vehicle issues.
• Oversee cleaning and preparation of the vehicle fleet.
• Communicate regularly with the location manager.
