Job summary

CVS Health, including Aetna, seeks a seasoned healthcare strategy and communications leader to advance value-based care initiatives across Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid. You will develop executive messaging, client materials, and RFP responses while coordinating with analytics, finance, and operations teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in healthcare consulting, strategy, communications, marketing, or business development.
• Experience communicating value of value-based care, population health, or healthcare transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to develop executive presentations, strategic communications, and RFP responses.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop enterprise VBC results, outcomes, proof points, case studies, and success stories for Commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid.
• Partner with analytics, finance, quality, network, and operations to quantify impact of VBC initiatives.
• Lead VBC content strategy and positioning for sales pursuits, client engagements, and RFP responses.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Network Development, Proposal Management, and Account Management to craft differentiating VBC messaging.
• Create and maintain standard and customized VBC value story content for executive presentations and client communications.
• Ensure consistent VBC messaging across lines of business and tailor for customers, providers, prospects, and stakeholders.
• Advance VBC thought leadership through conferences, publications, webinars, and speaking opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends, payment models, and market dynamics to inform priorities.
• Lead internal communications to increase awareness and adoption of VBC strategy and achievements.
• Serve as subject matter expert on Aetna's VBC strategy and market differentiation.
